This is the first edition of the carnival for 2009, and we are seeing a continuing trend of home inventory reductions even while the rate of home sales continues to fall. Many of our real estate professional are feeling that the bottom of the real estate market will be found in 2009, due in part to the strong drops we saw in 2007 and 2008, accompanied with the aggressive position the Federal Government is taking to restore confidence in housing.
